Team Voice Chat occasionally doesn't work while Party Chat always works

So I have been having some issues with my team voice chat. Essentially, all of a sudden randomly even though I activated my bind for team voice chat, nothing pops up and none of my friends or teammates can hear me. I've tried to unplug and plug the headset back in but it doesn't fix it. I've tried to restart my router even so my party chat had no issues with this at all. Party chat had no issues in terms of suddenly unable to work while Team chat is the only one that's actively facing this issue. Another thing is that when it stops working, the microphone symbol is still active on the killboard next to my name. Anybody got any thoughts?
