Hello, this is Vijay from Invent Educare, We are using cloudflare R2 storgae and upload files via S3 api / CLI - from 14th of June the upload from application seems not working perfectly.. some time it is uploading, sometimes not, sometimes takes an hour to upload a file, we have .Net application from where we are uploading file... is there any issue going on with the upload functionality..?
we are stuck - we are fully dependent on cloudflare,... and our client's are not able to upload files since last 4 days.. 😦

Please note - sometime its uploading sometime not - 1 -out of 3-4 times it s uploading
from past 6 months - it worked like a charm.. now all of sudden - it is not uploading properly.. dont know if there is any problem at cloudflare end?
is it something related to below problem? from 14th only we are not able to upload properly..
Small files like 2mb-4mb uploading.. however large files like 100,500,800mb.. 1-2 gb are not uploading

Hi @Vijay I have messaged you about the ticket number on 20/06/2024 15:40 UK time, please check the private message when you have time. Just in case, I messaged you again about the ticket number, and also how to find the ticket.
please check the inbox of email that is associated with your Cloudflare account(the one you shared with me in private message), you should be able to see the ticket.
You can also see the ticket in support channel -> my activities-> (My) requests.
