new to the bot wondering how to set up anti raid moderation
I just added the bot so I could stop raids in my server bcs they happen alot but there's no help that just shows all the commands

to get info about moderation commands use
/help moderation
For anti-raid the setting would be /settings moderation anti-raid
and i saw you mention anti-spam as well, which would be /settings moderation anti-spam

If you frequently experience mention or spam raids, you might be interested in /settings moderation deny-list as well
It filters out big amounts of mentions or generally spammed content
In case you want to set up a verification gate, consider /roles builders button-roles for a simple "Click to access server" setup
or if you prefer the safe route, try /settings automation verification which offers captcha verification when joining your server
