If you can't speak or hear others in voice chat, try the following steps: 1. Check In-Game Settings: Go to the Settings menu in VALORANT, navigate to the "Audio" tab, and ensure your voice chat settings are correctly configured. Make sure the proper input/output devices are selected and not muted. 2. Windows Sound Settings: Verify that your microphone and audio devices are correctly set up in Windows. Right-click the sound icon in the system tray, select "Sounds", and ensure the correct devices are set as default. 3. Privacy Settings: Ensure that VALORANT has permission to use your microphone. Go to Windows Settings > Privacy > Microphone and ensure that "Allow apps to access your microphone" is enabled. 4. Update Drivers: Ensure your audio drivers are up to date. 5. Firewall/Antivirus: Check that your firewall or antivirus software isn't blocking VALORANT's voice chat functionality. 6. Background Software: Close any unnecessary applications that might be using your microphone such as Discord, Skype, or other communication apps. If these steps don't resolve the issue, you might want to reach out to Riot Games support for further assistance.
