vangaurd doesnt load but i can play Val?
i recently loaded in to a match of comp and i checked my hidden icons cuz i was lagging (to check for unwanted programs in the background) and i saw that riot nor vanguard where open, with a quick check of process lasso i found that to be true. but i was still in the match, i finished that match and 2 more without issue, restarted my pc cuz of the vanguard not being open and BOOM i cant play ranked cuz of 'Competitive Restriction' and cant play unrated/swift/spike rush for queue dodging. does anyone know what happened?
