So keep an eye on the temperature of your CPU or GPU
You could use hardware info and set monitors up, So it will alert you if it gets to like 90+ degrees

Sometimes if it gets too high it will clock itself down
It could also be just bios related

So I would say just check temperatures. If the temperatures look fine check clock speeds.

I reinstalled and I only had some stuttering at the beginning of when I first opened practice range, so I'm assuming that's a good sign
