Another way to customize sddm under Kinoite
Because the config file of sddm is under /usr/share it is not possible to install sddm themes and change background pictures as normal. @nullrequest has thought of making sddm themes a rpm package and use rpm-ostree to install it. see hear However, she only provides source code but not binary program which makes it really inconvenient to use. ...

The first image is when i try to put the theme folder manually
And the two images above it's when i try to install with KDE store (i think its KDE store, dunno)
and another micro-problem its some consistency of the system personalization
dunno if i make something wrong

i only has to copy and paste everything on the terminal?
I know nothing in linux things :moyaiguy:
I would hold off editing anything in your fstab and customisations until you a little more comfortable with Linux overall. Have you confirmed that your games work?
But I can convert the thread to step by step instructions if you want to try and go ahead
Its not an thing that i need to survive on linux, but would be cool to change. But since its kinda harsh to do i will try in another moment
about the games, they are working fine at least for now
and thanks mate :°)
just one more question, is possible to have animated wallpapers on linux?
Just like wallpaper engine on windows
Looks like you can:
* Right click on your desktop
* Select Configure Desktop and Wallpaper
* Get New Plugins and download "Smart Video Wallpaper Reborn"
* Select your video
* You probably want the video to be paused when you have fullscreen windows but that's up to you
* Click apply
Just be careful of the video size as it will be in memory at all times
okie
thanks mate
You are welcome. 🙂
