take a-b common one of the solutions will be a=b then keep checking the solutions and you will get your answer
I got a=B but I can’t get the other one
solutions for a-b+3 you will automatically see a stopping point in checking solutions
like a-b cannot be less than -3
How do I check though
and cannot be more than 1
so just check for a-b= -3,-2,-1,0,1
Taking = 0,1,2,3,4?

and it became easier actually
2(a-b)+3 should belong to B so a-b can be 0(already counted),-1
so for -1 9 solutions
so it should be 19
