High ping on N Virginia servers

Used to have decent ping on this server, now it's constantly going up to 250-300 while playing. Has been happening since the last update, lots of people are having ping issues since the last update. Any suggestions to fix this would be helpful. No, it's not my ISP. Already went through a million steps to figure this out.
