Having trouble logging into the Valorant open beta for PS5

i keep trying to log into and connect my account to my playstation account and despite it seeming correct and going through, i constantly get error 7 and can't seem to fix it. riot support hasn't even responded after 25 hours from my original ticket opening and now i'm confused and don't know what else to do or try.
