If you were just looking for a tiling window manager there are extensions for both GNOME and KDE to make them do that
I have no suggestions though because I have no interest in a tiling window manager

You could also switch to a different image like wayblue, but it doesn't have any of the gaming enhancements

bazzite only ships KDE & GNOME, ublue main has others
