I actually didn't use any shared calendar tool the first two years of OE. Just kept it separate
Just recently, I just took the plunge and added both calendars to my iOS calendar on my new iPad
Threeish weeks so far and no issues lol

So yall just manually block of time that is booked at other Js? probably not a big deal but I have some slack before I start so figured I would try to get a good setup going
I got a new phone for J2, and am setting up completely separate work stations in my apt to minimize any accidental crossover

I manually added my meetings to my personal calendar, but it went out of sync pretty quickly. Specially with shifting meetings it's hard to keep track of. I'm also on the hunt for an easy to use (and secure) way of getting my calendars on one screen

yh, the shifting meetings can be annoying
so gotta make sure to keep on top of that if doing manual adding

I dunno if it would work, but could you set up a personal account on google for a calendar and email that addresses with all meeting details? Would their suggested "add to calendar" feature of their Gmail handle all the additions and deletions?

Use a proper noun name or something to teach Google how to color code?
