hey. i have submitted a tickte about me being falsely banned on the riot page. the only thing that has happened within 48 hours is it being marked as "solved" with no response happened to it. meaning i dont even know what i got banned for or even know if im gonna get unbanned

If you were banned and your banned appeal was marked as solved and then closed it means that it was reviewed

the tickets u put up dont even get a proper answer

we dont have access to tickets or account info for privacy and security reasons

If you were banned and your banned appeal was marked as solved and then closed it means that it was reviewed
do you know why all the tickets get put to "solved"
And the decision was not too appeal your ban
there was no response or reply
i dont even know what i got banned for
There are a lot of ban appeal tickets so it's not often that you will get a physical response. But you will receive an automated response from a bot
If you have another question I'll be happy to help but I can't help you with this issue

None of the staff within the server are riot developers. And the ones that are do not have access to appealing players
