vanguard user mode service taking surprisingly too much cpu usage for some reason

Does anyone else have problem after this new update with this thing using like 30% of your cpu while valorant is taking max 9%? I have i9 14900ks so im pretty surprised that an anticheat is taking so much of my cpu usage.. Does anyone know how to fix this stupid thing?
