banned and they dont even play
My friend wanted to get on val one day and realized he was perma banned and he just started playing? i was wondering if they could check over his ban to see why

yo i cant lie my friends got perma aswell for no reason. tell him to submit a ticket on the riot page
i also got locked out of my account for 5 months with no reason and no responce to my ticket yet
