Server running completely fine one day, than next day. TPS less than 10 :/
Having a hard time seeing what is causing this extreme sudden lag, its a private server with only 3 total players. And the world is not even that old, we reset few weeks ago.

dont use bukkit/spigot
80% of main thread is being used on datapacks/timers/commandfunctions
should have been papermc on it, changed the versions the other day. unless the panel itself, changed it back to spigot
what host do you use?
But it was at 20tps yesterday, could it be a corrupting in a datapack ?
just some budget server at omgserv, nothing too fancy. As its just a server for friends. But we have never had issues on here, for the past like 2-3 years of running a friends only server

could use a i9-9900k from hetzner if you really wanted to, can get them to 45 euro for 128 gb sometimes

solved it, it was a outdated datapack. Executing 20s if not more commands every second.

Yeah, the whole datapack was dorking up the server. Have to load a new world now, due to not having the datapack needed
