Hi I had a question if I was dia on pc and had the diamond gunbuddy will I have that on console aswell or no since the ranking system will be different

All items from pc would be available on console, however you will have a different rank for console. That's what I've heard

I'm pretty sure you'd still have your gunbuddy because it's a equipable item, right?
The gun buddy may be removed. We don't have information on that yet. But for the beta all of your PC things will be on PC and Console
