Would I get a code even if I'm not in the region they stated for the beta for console

I recently registered for valorant console after hearing about the region restrictions. My region isn't there so is there a chance I'll still get a code? If not what if i use a referral code? Or even a vpn?

Meaning that you'll have high ping But as far as I know you should still be able to connect to the closest server even if it's in a different region
