Yep! If you set the level type to flat and set the generator settings to {"biome":"minecraft:plains","layers":[{"block":"minecraft:diamond_block","height":1}],"structures":{"village":{}}}, delete the existing world and restart, you should get a diamond flat world

from my understanding it's a different format than what the servers need, but I might be wrong

go to the singleplayer menu and you can make the custom superflat and just click around to add your own things and then copy it

you can try with the -g option in multiverse actually I don't think you can
