You are seeing this error because the Riot Client is still running in the background. Follow these steps to close it and proceed with the uninstallation:
1. Open Task Manager:
- Right-click on your taskbar and select "Task Manager".
- Alternatively, press
Ctrl + Shift + Esc.
2. Find Riot Client:
- In the Processes tab, look for any processes named "Riot Client," "RiotClientServices," or similar.
3. End Task:
- Right-click on each Riot-related process and select "End Task".
4. Retry Uninstallation:
- Once all Riot processes are terminated, retry the uninstallation.
If the issue persists, restart your computer and try uninstalling again before opening any other applications.

okay, you have to either go to task manager and end the riot client task. Or go into the riot client settings and make sure when you close it, it doesn’t just minimize it
