Hello, I'm having a problem integrating with whatsapp, my flow is not sending messages but I'm receiving messages in the flow

yes, In fact, as a first message you cannot send a text, it needs to be a template, unless the customer starts the conversation first
For the flow to start, you need to configure a trigger

in meta i have this problem with my test number:
Messages may be unavailable.
my flow start i recive message in typebot but typebot not send message to whatsapp
I am facing the same problem.
I can send a message via WhatsApp to the configured number, the typebot receives the message but does not respond to my number.
I would like to know if there is any way to analyze the process completely, to identify what is happening. In other words, I would like to know if the request to the Meta is failing.
I installed typebot on my server using an installation manual.
