Hey yall I submitted a ticket to riot yesterday asking about my account that they suspended for 4 months 10 months ago, and they reply with very sorry to hear that but it appears you’re account is permanently banned. How is one support person going to tell me I’m suspended and then another tells me I’m perma banned. Riot get your sh#t together! I spent hella money on that account and it was taken in the snap of a finger.
