Not able to play anymore with Windows 11
Whenever I try to play Valorant it kicks me out and says VAN09003
"This version of Vanguard requires secure boot to be enabled in order to play."
Also there is zero way of deleted Valorant and Vanguard which is stupid because maybe that would fix the problem.

I can NOT uninstall the game
I got to control panel and uninstall valorant and it says cannot uninstall with riot client still open
i close it in task manager and it still says it open
