find C net, R net, put in capacitance charging formula, ffind out charge and potential difference at t=3RC, then make a seperare disgram with the 2 capacitors and 2 resistors again find net C and net R, use the dischraging of cpacitor formula for finding current at a time t, power= I^2*3 and hear = d(power)/dt, integrate power with limits t=0 to t= infinity (long time)
