Hello, our above pod with 2 GPU seems to have netowrk outage, and it is not recovering for the last few hours.

This pod suffered a network outage, are you still running into issues?
I had to replace that pod but right now we suddenly got 3 more pods having network issue and basically not able to connect them.

@Papa Madiator Is someone available to help or tell us what is these network issues in last few days? Our production is running 7-8 pods and 3 of them is down right now.
Support in website is also broken I think, not able to create tickets anymore

From my side I see it's in maintenance state from yesterday.
Yes, maintenance was done yesterday, and after that everything was good
@Madiator2011 (Work) Is there a way to learn more about the status for example, do we know how long will this network issue last
The server has been taken down with no ETA if they coming back though you should seen emails as we send emails if there are planed server maintenance
I see okay, I will create new pods to replace all of them.
