VOICE CHAT ISSUE

VOICE CHAT ISSUE what happening is when i start any game ( could be any mode compi/ unrated ) for the first few rounds my voice chat is working but suddnly i see when i using the push to talk button mic game it wont work ( u can see if it working in the bottom left as it shows name if someone speaking) nor i can hear my teammates i changed to new account to check if it was account issue ( didnt work) i even used my second pc to use and see if its pc issue ( no issue in pc every other game voice chat works like butter) btw when game ends and i start next game ( without restarting or anything) its starts working and mid game stops ( i can show how it stops working in screen share as my phones camera is broken to show me pressing the key and it not working) the chat in entirety seems to work as i can read my teammates texts but i dont know if that can read mine tho need urgent help ( troubleshot for input and stuff i did but no help)
