Lint

Other than a dryer or a lint roller, is there any other ways to deal with it? I don't own a dryer and my lint roller does the job but before the day is out the lint has come back. Its mostly noticable on my black clothing but it's really annoying me.

Check the material composition of the garments you're wearing when you notice lint the most, maybe? Are you layering on top of the garments you're noticing lint on?

Yeah, some materials are more prone than others, and maybe your washing machine settings could be changed?

It's mostly prominent on my black chinos which according to amazon are 60% cotton and 40% polyester. I'm not layering on top of my trousers but it's also noticeable on black polo shirts which more often than not I layer with a zip up hoodie or the likes, which from prior experience I know they have a hell of a lot of lint on the inside which spreads to my shirt. and I will be sure to check this! Albeit im not a mastermind at how washing machines work lol

Yeah it's prob the polyester then, id rec moving away from polyester if this is a big issue for you.

Polyester will often generate static which attracts lint, especially if it rubs on other polyester (eg your polos/inside of your hoodie).

alright, thanks guys. I'm no expert on the materials for my clothes and what's good and bad, so this was helpful!
