Update stuck on 1%

it was going fine then i had to pause it for a bit and when i resumed it keeps alternating between 0% and 1% i tried restarting pc and its been the same

reread the msg idk i already tried everything the bot suggested ok i think i fixed it i just clicked repair game files and it worked
