Mumbai/Singapore Servers High Ping

I was playing with a few friends online and suddenly after the update today, my ping has constantly been over 100ms. normally I get around 40-50ms.
Yes, I tried contacting the ISP, and they said there were no issues from their side, ipconfig, and every other thing done too.
It all started as soon as I logged in today, Last played was 2 days ago.
