Build Failing due to bundle size limit

Hello, I am not able to deploy my website on Cloudflare Pages. I am getting error Pages Function bundle size limit.

we are in the same situation idk i deployit by adding out derectory to the repo but when i deploy it cant even visit the website in the other hand when i deploy to vercel it work easly

noticed one more thing, next build is taking around 5min and next-on-pages build is taking additional 15min for transpiling the next output. it does not seems to be scalable with many pages.
