anyone know why when i press window key to check discord or youtube, it sometimes closes valorant,
It literally only happens to valorant. Any other games I use window key to check youtube or discord, it never closes my game but it does with valorant

you can only use the discord overlay ("Shift + ~") while val is open
no other app can run on top of valorant
You need to run the game in windowed mode or it will become hidden if you switch tasks. You can toggle windowed mode with F11 I believe.
i dont really wanna turn it to windowed mode since full screen gives more fps

other games allows it to run in the background and i can just press the window key to check on it
