In order to play Valorant, you need two things enabled on your system; TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot. Valorant force you to have both of these enabled in order to attempt to stop you from using any cheats.
You can watch the video above to figure out how to enable them both, or you can use the official support article on Riot's Website to enable them.
(You can check if Secure Boot is enabled by pressing Windows Key + R, a little window will open, type msinfo32 in that window, and press Enter. A window should open with a lot of text on, look for the one that says 'Secure Boot' - if it says 'On', it's enabled, if it says 'Off', it's disabled.
You want it to say On.
