You register on the Valorant Console Beta website, ensure that you've connected your console account (Xbox/PSN) to your Riot Account (you can do this on Riot's Website in the Account Management area), and then if you're lucky, they'll e-mail you a code, most likely on June 14th, that you'll (I assume) redeem on your console's store to be given access to the BETA game.
