trying to go into bazzite flash drive
I'm trying to install bazzite to a drive but when spooling up I get this message. I used fedora media writer and it was successful in the check.
It's the bazzite desktop kde Nvidia edition.

Here's what happens if I choose try bazzite instead of just install.
* Things like secure boot and fast boot might be messing with your installed. Are they off?
* You might want to check the sha256 hash of the ISO you downloaded with the one on the Bazzite website. The checksum hash is next to the download button. I usually use 7zip to compare the downloaded ISO to check that the ISO wasn't corrupted during download
* If the ISO is ok you could try another ISO to usb tool like Ventoy
* Lastly, there might be an issue with the USB itself, you could try another one
So I found that I did have some usb's that were corrupted so I put it on a nvme enclosure that I had just installed Garuda through earlier that night. Garuda straight up said secure boot was preventing it from launching so I turned that off but then tried bazzite after again and it gave me the same issue. I gotta find where fast boot is when I get home and try that.
I've redownloaded that same image a couple of times and tried Rufus, balena and fedora media writer and different USB's and it won't go. I think it might be bad on bazzites end.
skip the media check and choose install in the bootloader instead of check media and install
Was this ever resolved?
the message above yours.
usually caused by not properly ejecting the usb or flashing a corrupt iso.
