The error VAN9003 indicates that Secure Boot needs to be enabled on your system to play VALORANT. Here’s how you can enable Secure Boot:
1. Check Boot Mode:
- It's crucial to determine whether your system uses UEFI or Legacy BIOS (MBR). Enabling Secure Boot on a Legacy BIOS system can make your Windows unbootable.
2. Access BIOS/UEFI:
- Restart your computer and enter the BIOS/UEFI settings. The key to enter BIOS/UEFI varies by manufacturer (commonly F2, F10, Delete, or Esc).
3. Enable Secure Boot:
- Navigate to the Boot or Security tab.
- Find Secure Boot and set it to Enabled.
- Save changes and exit the BIOS/UEFI.
4. Verify Secure Boot Status:
- Boot into Windows.
- Open System Information (type 'msinfo32' in the Start menu).
- Check the 'Secure Boot State' — it should be 'On'.
