E+I r kabhi nahi aayega that means the potential diff in closed circuit can never be greater than the emf

In Charging , it can happen

E+ir nhi aayega shayad kyuki vo internal resistance hota hai or vo current ke flow ko oppose krega battery main

bro oppose karega but not 100% right? its like a war going between outgoing charge and incoming charge, when the incoming charge exceeds the outgoing charge you actually have a battery "charging" take as an example what happens when you provide an external potentiel, equal in magnitude to intrinsic potentiel of the cell, but in opposite direction. well, see the point i mentioned below, here you can imagine the current is being extracted from the cell (the direction is from higher potentiel terminal of the cell all through the circuit then back to lower potentiel circuit). if you see the direction reversed somewhere (it may be happening due to an even stronger battery in the circuit connected externally) , that is current moving into the higher potentiel terminal via external circuit, you have a charging battery.
