Please, help a new player
The Ru tech support is just ignoring the whole situation.
I'm reaching out to you with what might be "illusory" hopes. You were recommended to me as I no longer know where to turn for information. I'm writing to everyone who is recommended as helpful.
Here’s the situation: I'm a new player in VALORANT and played from the 2nd to the 7th.
Everything was fine, but then I encountered a TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot error. I had no idea what that was, so I went searching for information.
It turned out to be some sort of trust program. I disabled VBS and some kind of virtualization because, according to what I found online, everything should work on Windows 10 without such tweaks.
But the game still wouldn't start and the error persisted.
Eventually, I contacted tech support. Their responses were basically "feeding me nonsense" (pardon the expression) because I don’t have TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot on my BIOS and system version. They advised me to change a BIOS setting related to Secure Boot (approximately) even though BIOS warned me, "Don't do this, you’ll break everything." Since I thought tech support wouldn’t give bad advice, I changed this setting.
As a result, the BIOS froze and wouldn’t reset for 5 hours. After this, my system crashed, and a memory slot got damaged.
My father helped me restore everything, and after all this, I decided to check how things were with VALORANT (I had played one game on my brother's laptop, the last one on the 7th, while waiting for repairs).
And I was "permanently banned" on my PC. Saying I was in a state of "permanent shock" is an understatement.
I played all night on the 6th with new friends, and "none of them got banned," which is important because you get banned for playing with a "cheater in the party," and I'm still in shock.
Tech support responds with scripts. I haven't played shooters (like CS 1.6) since childhood, and I really liked VALORANT, but support just doesn't want to help with the problem.

I'm asking them to review my game stats and so on.
Nothing. I found out that one player got a "permanent ban," but through tech support, since it was his first offense, they changed it to 7 days.
I want to remind you that I'm a new player, played for 4 days (I provide examples of my gameplay on tracker.gg), I was just enjoying the game, and I absolutely don’t understand why I got this ban.
The only thing Vanguard could find fault with is the “gearup booster”, which improves the connection and reduces packet loss. But at the same time, it may affect some files of the game itself, and this is exactly what the vanguard is triggering
On Telegram, I was advised to write to you; maybe you know someone in tech support so I can properly discuss the situation.
Yes, perhaps all this is my "illusory" hope, but I just don’t know what to do anymore.
What is the problem
@Artagonist
First I'm gonna start with the error you got on Windows 10
I'm guessing it was either van: restriction, or van 9003/9005/9001
The information you said "according to what I found online, everything should work on Windows 10 without such tweaks."
Is not accurate as it is now a requirement for most players on Windows 10
And for the specific issue with it breaking your system I'm going to need some information about your system first.
Win+r, msinfo32, send a photo
Stuff like your user name and time zone can be removed if you believe it to be important
My system is in Russian...
I understand what you mean, I have an old BIOS version and cannot be updated. The TMP system is not supported and the sec boot is missing
That's fine
So it looks like secure boot should be supported on your system
But it also appears that you're not in the right format for it to be supported
But I don't think that is your main issue at this point
It says "not supported"
^
yes
Have you made a ban appeal ticket?
My main problem.
That after contacting technical support, I changed some setting in the Bios and after that it froze. We managed to fix it after 5 hours, but the system crashed upon startup. During the process of restoring it, I played 1 game on a laptop, and then immediately switched to a PC, and a ban arrived... And technical support doesn’t even want to consider the situation. I'm already turning anywhere just to find a way to look at the situation.
yes...
How many in total have you made?
?
requests?
Ban Appeal Requests
12
oh
Yeah
That's too many
If you've already submitted that many and they haven't decided to unban you. Your not going to be appealed
I don’t understand the work of technical support at all, I only played for 4 days(
Solution
Sadly there's nothing more that can be done
