If you've already enabled Secure Boot and TPM 2.0, but you're still facing the VAN error, it's important to ensure that your system is in UEFI mode rather than Legacy BIOS (MBR). Enabling Secure Boot on a Legacy BIOS setup can cause issues. Here are the steps to ensure everything is set up correctly: 1. Check Boot Mode: Verify your system is in UEFI mode. - Open 'System Information' by typing msinfo32 in the Run dialog (Win + R). - Look for "BIOS Mode"; it should say UEFI.
2. Verify Secure Boot: Make sure Secure Boot is enabled: - Restart your PC and enter BIOS/UEFI settings (usually by pressing F2, Del, or Esc during startup). - Verify Secure Boot is enabled under Boot or Security settings. 3. Windows Configuration: Compatibility with Windows versions can impact Secure Boot. - Ensure you're running the latest version of Windows (Windows 10 Version 1903 or higher, or Windows 11). If you've confirmed all the settings are correct and you're still encountering issues, you may need to reach out to Riot Support for more detailed assistance.
