Will changing regions delete your skins?
Does it delete anything other than your skins? Like your level or your rank?

Changing regions in VALORANT will reset your progress completely. This includes your account level, rank, match history, and any items or content purchased, such as skins. Essentially, you start fresh as if you are a new player. It's not just your skins that you'll lose, but everything tied to your current account, so proceed carefully if you decide to switch regions.
