Can I get this taken off of my account?
I have had the Val error 62 for the past few days, and I just got it fixed somehow, by shutting my pc off for the weekend. And I still have the penalties from when it happened, Is there any way i can get them removed from my account? If not that is ok with me, I just hope so, because I have a lot of penalties on my account.
