Error VAN 9003 typically involves configuration issues with Secure Boot or TPM on your new PC. While going into BIOS is usually required to enable Secure Boot or TPM, you can try a few other steps first:
1. Windows Updates: Ensure your Windows is up to date. Sometimes, updating Windows can resolve compatibility issues.
2. Vanguard Reinstallation: Uninstall Riot Vanguard via the "Add or Remove Programs" in Windows and then restart your PC. Launch VALORANT again to reinstall Vanguard.
3. Support Articles: Check detailed guides from Riot. This article might help:
Vanguard Restrictions.
If these steps do not resolve your issue, you'll likely need to enable Secure Boot and TPM in BIOS. You can also submit a ticket for personalized help from Riot Support.
