If I remember correctly, Read access is auto granted for people who are flagged as one of the top % active posters on the discord
Permanent read access can be granted for people who find the secret trigger
Permanent write access can be granted for a secret secret trigger
Also certain members can just grant people access who they believe have a particular interest in conspiracy theories
