hello! how to check if an account is banned? i recently had a cheater in my game and i want to check ty in advance

You won't be able to check the status of another player's account directly, but you can report any suspicious activity through the in-game reporting system, and Riot Games will investigate. If you want to see if your own account is banned, try logging into the game. If your account is banned, you will receive a notification there. Additionally, you can check your email for any messages from Riot concerning bans or suspensions.

If you reported them for being a cheater you will get a message when they have been banned

i did but the guy in question said he cannot login on his account :

and it only happens on this account like he can log in on other accounts

If you didnt get a message saying that the cheater got banned
He probably didnt?
And i mean if thats what the cheater sent you, hes probably lying about it.
