For the distance, find when the velocity changes directions (let's say it changes directions at t1, t2 etc.) Find the displacement between these points in time (for example, between 1 and t1, t1 and t2, ...., tn and 4 seconds) Add em up

for q 22, ans is 216 right? 72m thats for t1 but for t2 also you must calculate if possible tell the ans for both the qs, then we can verify if our ans are right or not, thanks.
