For the distance, find when the velocity changes directions (let's say it changes directions at t1, t2 etc.)
Find the displacement between these points in time
(for example, between 1 and t1, t1 and t2, ...., tn and 4 seconds)
Add em up
for q 22, ans is 216 right?
