Monitor flashing black in fullscreen games
Hey, having an issue with my monitor going dark momentarily and frequently in fullscreen games. I'm using Bazzite GNOME (Steam Deck) -- does anyone know if it's a Mutter issue? I've restarted and unplugged/replugged my monitor in multiple times to fix the issue previously, it's just persistent and annoying.

I'm having s similar problem but almost localized entirely to Final Fantasy XIV. Anytime I need to click or use steam input glyphs (I am also using a steam controller) the screen flashes and there's a frame time spike. Kinda makes the game unplayable.
If adaptive sync is enabled on that monitor in your display settings, try disabling it. I have cheap monitors with lousy Freesync compliance that do the same thing when adaptive sync is on.

I turned off variable refresh rate in gnome settings and that mightve helped
