It started to be annoying after I done everything you said abt reinstal vanguard and this is still happening.

i have this issue too, and i followed every step on the internet and every second i get a different crash and error, everything was fine before the last 2 patches,
i've reinstalled once, and now reinstalling again

Look I was in a match and got it twice then in overtime and im carrying my team, I got this 5 times we managed to stay untill round 17/18 and then got that error again when I rejoined 24 hours ban.
