Cloudflare WARP not allowing connection on mobile data to internal resources.

This is my third time posting for help. I've never gotten help on any of my other issues yet except for one. Can someone please assist?
Ok I am sorry. So what is happening is when I connect to my local network that has a WARP connector setup and configured. I can access the other side just fine on the lan but if I am on mobile data I can't access any resources. Any help would be appreciated and if I need to provide logs I can. Sorry about earlier it just I posted detailed questions to two other issues and got no response.
