Only lower latency with Warp with worker
Hey there, I noticed this a while ago but never investigated it, but for some reason my Worker HTTP App responds faster if cloudflare Warp is enabled. With Warp disabled, it just chooses EWR as region, but with Warp enabled, it chooses FRA as region which is obviously closer to me. But now I am wondering if this is intentional to make Warp appear faster as it chooses a faster region or if it is due to some glitch on my end that Cloudflare cant find the closest region to me without Warp.

Your ISP is Telekom, I imagine?
There's been issues with Telekom routing for a while. Something like they want CF to pay for peering with them, which isn't a business model that works with a free CDN

and apparently some on telekom's forums too, from what I've read.
WARP/paid websites have routing to closer locations, either from just more expensive providers being used, or Telekom only forcefully rerouting the free routes because they are probably a much larger source of bandwidth use. Could traceroute and see the different routes if you were curious
