Optifine issue (1.20.1)
I've installed a steam `n rails mod (with minecraft create mod of course) I also wanted to download optifine and put this into mods, but it doesn't work. Do you have any ideas how to solve this problem? What type of optifine should I download?

Ok, optifine is a mod which used to be the mainstay for preformance, however the way it is developed and coded is terrible for compatability with other mods, hence the warning
Depending on your loader there’s other, open source mods for preformance that are even more optimized
update snr but yeah, use embeddium + oculus
