My friend and i can't access to an account

VAN: RESTRICTION Your account does not meet the requirements in order to play: -secure boot enabled. I got this 2 days ago and still haven't fixed it like what's wrong did something malware secretly corrupting riot file or anything? I can't access my account with 7$ on it and my friend's account is worth $46 i did everything like almost everything on yt still haven't fixed...
